The GCC (Global Communications Center)

The Caterpillar Global Communications Center is the Multimedia major’s proverbial Fortress of Solitude. The GCC is open seven days a week for students to come in and work on their projects.

Lab Information

The GCC Labs are open 24 hours a day and can be accessed using a student ID swipe card. After hours, the labs 201, 205 and 213 may be used. Labs contain Mac desktop computers equipped with various programs such as Photoshop, Flash, InDesign, FinalCut, and more. The labs are monitored via security camera at all times, and no food or drink are allowed inside the labs.
